Extended travel balances

Howdy, and thank you in advance. Here in Hawaii helping my folks fix up their house and got a couple of S385-26 for busted balances, but then was alerted to one last window not working great, and it has these (I believe they are "extended travel") they are only 25 5/8". From what I have read on here, I believe I cannot just replace them with more of the balances I purchased before and have to order custom ones? I don't really care about having more travel for the window, it is cost and time to acquire. If I can just use Standard ones I would love to. Thank you again.

Thanks for reaching out! You would not be able to use the standard balances in place of the extended travel balances you have. Given the length your balance and the shoe attached to the bottom, the standard balances would not work as a replacement.
I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement balances you are searching for, however, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase to confirm pricing and availability. Keep in mind there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
