Extended travel channel balance

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can supply this balance but only as a custom order. However, there are some important details to consider before we move forward.

To start, your original balance isn't made anymore and is not something we can supply. What we would be selling you is a more modern version that's made to work in all the same applications. No big deal there, except that the way they calibrate the springs is a little different than before. Usually just 1 or 2 pounds off, but it can be impactful if your weight rating is on the low or high end of things.

With that in mind, I need you to weigh the sash on a scale and tell me what you get, down to the ounce. Once I have that I can calculate the new weight option and facilitate the custom order. If we're lucky it'll be the same, but it's necessary for us to check anyway as a matter of policy.
