Extender and sweeper for storm door

Question

I need What I believe is called an extension with a sweeper attached. As per the photos, it is attached to the bottom Of the door .   This is for a 1 1/4 inch wide Larson storm door, which is about 25 years old and 36 inches wide. If you don't have the extension, but have the exact sweepers, I may be able to get by with that. The manufacturer did not seem to have the correct sweepers as the one I bought would not fit.

Unforutnately, we do not carry a replacement for the sweep base shown in your photos. We do carry a handful of sweeps for storm doors, which you can view here, but I can't be sure if any of them would work without seeing the original. Look them over and see what you think. Thank you.
