Exterior Door Handle

I recently purchased the 82-306 handle with locking mechanism. It works perfectly!
I would now like to replace two other handles to match, but I do not need new locks. Can I purchase the handle separately?
I see your product 82-042, which is a stand alone handle, but it's plastic and I really want metal.
