Exterior Door Threshold (no markings or numbers found)

This threshold was in place when I bought the home 19 years ago. It seems to be at least two parts (maybe three), and has worn through in the center. The brown piece is a composite (synthetic) material covered in latex or vinyl. The beige piece that has the threaded fittings, is also a type of plastic. I'm looking for a replacement.
