Exterior Handle broken.

The exterior handle has a threaded sleeve that attaches the screws from the inside handle. One sleeve is broken. Center line is 3.937. Sliding door is SGD-R20-96X96 / SERIES 870 / AAMA.

Hi there and thank you for posting. Starting off with your handle set, see if our 82-086 would make a good fit for you. As for the mortise lock, our 82-226 is worth considering. You will want to review our measurements to confirm these parts are a match.
