Exterior door weather stripping

I'm looking for replacement weather stripping similar to the above photos. Two 80" pieces (sides) and one 32" piece (Top). Not sure who the manufacturer of the door is. Or, how old it may be. Thanks, Paul

See our 58-008 Prime Door Seal Kit. Look over the pictures and see if you think one of the seals in this kit might work as a replacement.
