Exterior door with window

A quick learner from Newport Beach, California says:
June 3, 2021
This exterior door was purchased at Home Depot in 2017 or 2018 or 2019. It is wood. It has a window that slides up and down. The tabs have broken off of the spring loaded latch mechanism that holds the window up and releases the window for cleaning. Measurements are included in the pictures attached. Manufacturer is unknown. Please help!
