Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-048 latch mechanism to your part. Thanks for posting!

The latch seems to operate. Is there a missing bracket that interlocks with a corresponding bracket on the stationary unit? In the picture there seems to be two mounting holes for some hardware,

We carry two Andersen interlock brackets, the 82-057 and 82-058. Take a look and see if you think one of these parts might be what you need.
