Hello, please help me with identifying the right handle with key to lock this door from the outside.

Hey there,

Thanks for post! You'll need the 82-081 Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set to convert the door to use a keyed lock. The mortise is a match for the 82-238; it is sold separately from the handle set.

Take a look over the specifications to confirm that this is the replacement you need. The dimensions for the mortise lock can be found on the website.
