Is the BRASS ATRIUM DOOR LEVER LOCKSET Product Code: 82-400 an interior or exterior door handle? I also am curious what atrium means... Would this door handle work well on a front door and also a side french door exterior?

The 82-400 handle set is used on an exterior door manufactured by Atrium door company. I'm not sure what your original handle looks like, or if this will work for you.
