Exterior plate (white) that the door handle attaches to.

Question

I need help identifying the white exterior plate that the handle attaches to. I also need the bolts/spacers that go with it. Length: 8.5", Width: 1", Distance between handle holes: 5.5"; Distance between fastener holes: 3.75". Markings on inside; SASH CONTROLS FERNDALE MI and 22650 TAIWAN. THANK YOU!

Thanks for your post! This patio door handle set can be replaced with either the 82-089 or the 82-090 Legacy Handle Sets. The keyed versions of each of them are the 82-086 and 82-087, tagged below.

The backplates are not sold separately from any of our sets but they do come with everything needed to install the handle. The mortise lock is sold separate from the sets.
