Exterior sliding door latch

Sliding door is wood on the inside aluminum clad on the outside. The handle says "Sash Controls Ferndale Michigan" #D340398. I need the replacement latches for two sliding doors. Your help is greatly appreciated. The latch that goes into the mortised door is 3/4" wide and 6 1/8" long.
