Exterior special door handle spindle with spring cassette for sag

Hello,
This spindle came from overseas. The spindle appears to be approx 6MM X 100MM with a sleeve at the spring cassette. Assuming that sleeve coverts 6 to 7MM. I don't know the manufacturer.
