Small T shaped metal part that has two screws to mount in each side of window, which then fits into the vertical sliders in the window frame

I don't believe that we can offer an exact replacement but take a look and compare the specifications of the 26-402 and 26-310 pivot bars to see if you could adapt one of these options to work for you. Thanks for posting!
