Exterior window small cover/seal?

I'm trying to determine what this part is and where I can get replacements, as the ones I have are crumbling due to aging and exposure. Many thanks in advance for your assistance!

We don't carry an exact match for your weep hole cover but we offer the 26-186 weep hole cover, which may work if you can drill new holes on either side of the cutout for the installation pegs. Review the specifications below and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
