Hello,

Take a look and compare your exterior handle to our 82-044 pull with 3-15/16" hole spacing. I would also recommend checking your track and rollers for corrosion and debris since damage to the bottom hardware can cause extra resistance when opening and closing the door, which can cause the handle to break. Thank you!
