External lock for sliding glass patio door

Good evening,
Please find attached a picture of my interior lock. I would like to add an external lock but do not know what parts I need. The measurements are 3 7/8" and 1 3/8" if that helps.

Hello and thank you for posting. Your handle set looks a lot like our Patio Door Handle Set, product code 82-035. Take a look at the video beneath the photo for instructions on how to install a key lock like our 82-315.

So does that mean I only need to purchase 82-315? Are there any other items I need?

Assuming everything else in your pictures is working, you shouldn't need anything else. See the video below for further elucidation.
