Extra large channel balances.

Question

We purchased 24 of your S390-28, option 2740 balances. They are much thinner than our original balances (see attached photos of our balances next to yours).

Can you help us with these replacements?

Looks like you need a special kind of balance. I think we can help, though it will need to be custom made. Before we begin, can you tell me what the stamp on the original balance reads?
