Extruded casement screen corner with flange

Hello there. We've come across this corner key before, and I'm afraid there is no exact replacement. The original manufacturer destroyed the mold when the went under, and so no exact replacement exists. The 95-246 is indeed likely your best bet, but it would take some retrofitting to get it to work, and there's no exact method to pulling this off. I'm afraid we don't sell screen frames of any kind, and we don't have a listing of all frames that may be compatible with this corner. If you need new framing material in general, you may find it easier to just replace the entire screen rather than try to find this specific type. I suggest contacting the manufacturer of your window directly for assistance.
