Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a replacement for the commercial door flush bolt you have here. We do carry two in our inventory but they do not install to the frame of the door in the same manner yours does.

Your best bet might be to contact the manufacturer (if you know who they are) or a hardware store that has a wider variety of commercial door replacement hardware.
