We unfortunately don't sell a replacement sweep that matches the design you show here. The only product we have that might work is our 58-176, and only if your door is 1-3/4" thick.
This is a very versatile sweep that can work on most doors in that size. It just wraps around the bottom and installs on the sides using screws. Look it over and see what you think.

Great! As long as your door is 1-3/4" thick then I feel confident that our 58-176 will work for you.
