FUHR multi engagement lock

Question

I have a fuhr lock on patio doors one side the handle moves about a a third of the way before the latch comes out and the dead bolt on that side doesn't work with knob or key wEnt on fuhr site for US only contact was in Germany? Local service contact cell 717-951-3839
