A quick learner says:
Hello and thank you in advance for your help. Below are photos I just took of one of the balance rods I need to replace. Are the photos sufficient or do you need further information?

Thank you again!

Thanks for writing in! Your balances resembles our S377-31 channel balance.

The stamp looks like it could be 3010, which is made to carry a sash weighing 7 to 12lbs. However, it is hard to tell if the stamp truly says "30 1", you'll need to confirm for sure. If it is not a 3010 stamp, you'll need to confirm the stamp from the balance.

Let me know if you have any questions.

A quick learner from Cape Coral, Florida says:

Hi,

Not sure if you actually received my last post. In it I stated that I need to replace the channel balances in 4 windows. # are identical and the forth window is larger.

The stamped numbers for the 3 widows is 30 - 1 and the number for the larger window is 30 - 3. See the attached photos. Please let me know if you have received.

While I'm at it I should probably get 8 of the nylon clips as shown in the photo.

Thank you very much!

Warm regards

Randy

Unfortunately, that information was not included in your previous post. I only received the one before my response.

For the stamp marked 30 1, you'll need the 3010 stamp (used on 7 to 12lb sashes) and for the 30 3 stamp, you'll need the 3030 stamp (used on 16 to 23lb sashes).

The nylon clip you are referring to is the Pan Am Take Out Clip, part 16-023.
