FW: sliding glass door hook style lock

have attached photos and dimensions of lock required for an exterior sliding glass door. Although I need only the mortice lock I would buy the strike plate and handle, etc if necessary. Please advise if the attached is something that you sell and its cost. The problem with the lock is that the locking lever on the door handle will not stay in the up (open) position and so falls down when the door is closed immediately locking the door. FYI: the door is at least 30 years old and the manufacturer unknown
