Face Guide help - Need some info so I can order

Question

NEED HELP: I do not see any markings or numbers on it. I do know that the windows are a P.G.T double pane, single hung,  aluminum non-tilt window from the 90's. I have new balances for them but need these face guides. Can anyone help me with how to order some?

Past customers with the same top sash guide have been able to use our 18-015 PGT top sash guide as a replacement. Review the dimensions to confirm if this could work for you as well. Thanks for posting!
