Face Mount Keeper Needed

A quick learner from Idaho says:

I need to replace the face mount keeper for my Swisco white vinyl window. The part number on the back of the existing keeper is #680111. Screws are 1" on center. Height from top of keeper to bottom of keeper is 7/16". Width of the bottom is 1 1/2". Windows were installed 2006. Do you have any part that will fit for replacement.
