if I order this face guide 67-002 is come with the screw? If not what kind size I need to order

This face guide does not come with a screw because the correct one depends on your window and the screw that was used originally. You can start with the 33-080 and see if it will fit in your existing space, but reusing the existing screw or bringing it to the local hardware store for a replacement is normally a better option.
