Failed Handle Spring

Question

There is some sort of spring that failed within the handle assembly, because the handle flops down instead of maintaining its horizontal position. If that is something that you are aware of and can suggest the parts, that would be awesome, otherwise I'd like to know if you have a new lock assembly in total. Thank you! Bob

I am sorry to say that we don't sell replacement hardware for this door. Your best bet would be to contact the original manufacturer or a retailer that specializes in French door repair parts. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
