Failed crank and operator arm on M & W 2035 casement

OP05-7504-00 identifier stamped on base of operator with 11/13/03 and

17:27:33. Thought to be a Roto product. Seeking supplier and current

product order numbers for operator with white hood cover and handle

(white).
