Failing Weather Stripping

I have 6 (42.25"W X 18.25"H) Weathershield crank windows that were manufactured in 2005 and the weatherstripping has or is failing on all the windows. We had a rain storm yesterday and one of the windows poured water. Do you have any recommendations for a replacement weather stripping? I have contacted Weathershield and am waiting on a response. They are usually very slow. I need to remedy this situation ASAP. Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles with your window. We will do our best to try and help. To get started, we will need to see a sample of the weather stripping removed from the window. Next, you want to take a photo of it from an end profile so that we can see its shape. You'll also want to include some measurements of the piece to help us narrow down which replacement part can work on your windows.
