Fake Window Clip - No Markings or Model Number Found

This is a clip used for fake windows installed on the exterior of a building. There are no markings or model numbers on it and we'll need either this exact piece or a similar product that can be installed as in the picture. We could not find replacements online that looked like this piece. We are an electrical company and unfamiliar with alternatives to this piece.
