Farley Model 300 Window - Top Sash Balance

I am looking for balances for a top sash in a double hung window. The Manufacturer is Farley and these windows were installed in 2002.

We can identify your window balance, but we need more information. What is the design of your existing balance: channel, coil, block & tackle, or spiral? What is the width or diameter of the balance? Could you take some pictures of the balance, including both ends? Finally, what is the weight of the top window sash? Once we have some answers, we can figure out exactly what balance you need.

Here are the pictures I took from the outside. I had an appointment with the homeowner, but when I arrived the homeowner was not home, so I was unable to take a look from the interior. Attached are the pictures from the outside. Please let me know if these pictures help. Thanks
