The total length is 2 1/4"
Length from top to 1st hole is 7/8"
Length to 2nd hole is 2"

This piece is hard plastic.
The windows were installed in 2001

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell an identical match for your pivot bar. The 26-369, 26-400, and 26-412 are the closest we have though. Have a look at the specifications for each and see how they compare with your old hardware.
