Faulty crank and stiff operator

Question

I cannot find these parts. There are no markings on the windows to identify who made them. The crank assembly is falling apart and the operating arms are stiff. I'm afraid the next time I use it will be the last time.  The window frame  width is 16" and the bottom track is 12".

Hello,

Our closest match to the operator shown in your photo would be the 39-188 but yours has a much shorter link arm and an offset gear arm. Due to these differences, unfortunately, I don't believe that you would be able to adapt this assembly to work for your window.

As for your hinge assembly, take a look and compare the specifications of your part to our four-bar hinge replacements here.
