We have 96 inch old closet doors and the bottom guides are not working. These are pictures of them. Do you know what I could use instead or if they sell replacement parts.

Unfortunately, we were not able to locate exact replacements for your door hardware. Take a look and review the specifications of the 23-215 and 23-196 to see if these could work for your closet door.

Unfortunately, we never found out what happened to this company and its parts. With that being said, we offer the 23-081 heavy-duty bottom door roller that would fit the convex roller bottom track. We can't make any guarantees, but review the specifications below to see if this might work as a replacement.
