Please look at the broken end.
The inside is not round, it is approximately 13 mm hex socket. All of the parts I have found are round inside and that won't work. Hopefully you can help me or suggest someone who can. Thank you.

Hello,
We carry two telescoping pole hooks similar to yours, the 39-214 and 39-214F but, unfortunately, they do not have the hex-shaped opening that you need. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
