Fenestra, Casement Operator, 9"

Question

I purchased the following part from you: 39-344 - Fenestra, Casement Operator, 9".

It does not fit because the space between the metal cap and the arm exceeds 5/16".

My old casement operator has a 5/16" space between the metal cap and the arm.

Based on my research, the correct Fenestra part no. is 36-130. Please confirm that it is correct part no. If it is so, do you have it in stock and, if so, may I return the one I purchased and apply the credit to the correct part?

Unfortunately, we don't sell an identical match for your old assembly. Our 39-002 is similar but it is still quite different and we can't promise it will work. Review the specifications and see what you think.
