Does this product come with mounting screws? This is the item I wish to replace.

Thanks for writing in! It does appear that the Fenestra operators we carry would be the best possible replacement for your existing operator. Although, the one you have pictured here would be the 39-344. The 39-358 is the opposite handed version.
