Fenestra window cranks are frozen

A home owner from Los Anglese Ca. says:
Hi,
I have a house that was built in the 1950's and has Fenestra's windows.. The cranks are all frozen..I need new ones..the mounting spacing is 4.75 and 3.75..
Do you carry the replacement crank..How much are they?
Please let me know,
Thanks,
Paul

Tom from SWISCO responded:
The two Fenestra operators we carry are our 39-344 and 39-358, but I'm not sure if these are what you have. Carefully look over our information and see how well they match up. If they differ in any way, let us know exactly how. Seeing pictures would also be a huge help.
