Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 40-049 mortise lockset to your Emco assembly. If you notice any discrepancies, please write-out your exact measurements and we can go from there. Thanks for posting!

I think they are the same but I'll check the measurement on the 40-049 to compare the both.
