I sent you three pictures of the window the two little window dolls broke and I just need to replace them so the home owner can have a working window. Please let me know if you can locate those pieces soni can buy them from you folks. You folks are the best window place I have I have ever found.

The part in question is called a pivot bar. It's tough to say for sure what yours is without seeing an undamaged version, but our 26-226 may be a good place to start. Check it out and let me know how well it matches up.
