As for the latch itself, we need a bit more information to get started. If you just need the actuator, then we'll need to see it uninstalled. We'll also need you to write out the height and distance between the prongs that attach the actuator to the sash frame. 

Keep in mind that since these parts are not as common as they once were, there's a good chance that we won't be able to supply an exact match. We'll have a better idea of what your best replacement option would be once we can see your part uninstalled. Thank you!
