Finding correct weather stripping/seal for sliding glass door

I am trying to find the correct seal/weatherstripping for my sliding glass doors. Doors have no brand name tag anywhere but home was built 1997.
Can you identify the seals based on the attached pics and let me know so I can purchase some replacements?
The seal is 1 1/4" high and 5/8" wide with the quarter round flap (1/4") w/o flap).
