Finding out the color on the balance rod

Thank you! It looks like you want our S500-22. Now, we have two standard tip colors for this spiral balance, however neither of them are strong enough to support a window of 45 pounds. Can you confirm the weight of your sash? Can you also confirm the length of the balance tube? Let me know!

Thank you. For this balance, the strongest tip we have is black, but that will only hold up to 40 pounds, so I don't think it will work for you. Could we perhaps see a few pictures of your balance? That will help us find what you have, and the best substitute that you need.
