Finding pivot shoe

Trying to locate this Pivot shoe for a tilt window,the little piece that attaches the balance rod has broken off the top,like a little hook if you will....thanks so much in advance for you time!

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks unusual. I see you've asked about it before and it was some sort of coil balance system. Can you tell us the width and thickness of the shoe? Can you also show us the pivot bar that fits into that cam in the shoe? We'll do our best to help from there.
