Finding the right Spiral Balance

Question

I'm having trouble finding the right Tilt Window Spiral Balance.  The tip on my current widow's spiral balance is white.  The tube is 29". Most of the ones I'm finding don't have an option for a White tip.  I took 2 pictures.  One is of the tube with the spiral balance and the other is the Spiral Balance removed from the tube.   Any help you can provide would be appreciated.  I'm needing 8 spiral balances

Hello there. Measure the diameter of the plastic outer tube. It should either be 3/8" or 5/8". If it's 3/8" you need the S900-29. If it's 5/8", see our S600-29. If the color tip option is unclear, we advise you weigh the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each color tip option on either balance's shop page.
