Finding the right block and tackle for my double hung tilt windows

A home owner from Virginia says:
I do not have much window knowledge. The plastic pulley broke on one window balance and I do not know enough to pick the correct replacement. The hook goes into window frame near the top. This is for the bottom sash of double hung tilt windows. The only stamp I have seen is pictured above- BSI 26C. There are some patent numbers on the tilt shoe. I do not know the window manufacturer if that matters.

It would be amazing to be assured I'm getting the right parts to fix this window!

Hello,

This looks like our S795-26 channel balance with a 26C strength option. One difference you'll notice is that ours uses a screw tap at the end of the pulley instead of the hook shown on your balance.

You may be able to use our stock balance if the hook on your balance installs in a square cutout that will fit our 26-200 screw plug. If not, we can custom make balances with a hook instead of a screw tab but we'd need to know how many you'd like to order. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed. Thank you!
