Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the balance assembly shown in your photos. This is a design that would be specific to the window manufacturer. Your best bet would be to reach out to Marvin directly for replacements. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
