Finding the right crank in white

Hi, I am trying to get two of these in white. The ones I got from you were the wrong ones. Can you help me decide which is the right one?

Sure, we can try to replace this. What was wrong with the 39-114L that you ordered? Why didn't it work? Was it the size of the hole? If so, can you tell me the exact diameter of the hole on your handle?
